In a candid interrogation with the famous Anchor Abner Dias, I personally unveiled many entrepreneur skills, which led me into deeper conversations of achievements and commitment. Out of the many interviews, this is something to resonate with.
Abner Dias started his anchoring journey at the age of 20years, when he had just stepped out from college, an innocent mind focused on his strength of speaking. He worked as a sports anchor, worked as a television presenter, started his own Youtube Channel and was one of the renowned corporate anchors in India by the age of 24. Today, he is a successful founder of Team Building Global, a company that facilitates team building activities for corporates. He recently announced his plans on extending his knowledge to aspiring young entrepreneurs.
Abner says, ‘I have journeyed alone to achieve this fame of anchoring all by myself, there were times where I felt I need support, just to push me to stand by my dreams, Today, fortunately I made it, but I would like to offer my knowledge and experience to those who have the dedication.’
How did you venture as a Corporate Anchor?
I was always driven by events, and always wanted to be a part of it. The first action I took was of Self-evaluation, understanding my strengths. I then started working on my strengths to make them the best keeping an element of a differentiating factor. I then took a leap and started working with celebrities, I fearlessly interviewed them, shared the same stage with them which proudly makes me today as one of the best corporate anchors in India.
How about your venture Team Building Global?
I am doing big shows and quite self-sufficient as an anchor, but some instances in life thought me the need to have a team along. And I reflected on the line – ‘If Alone I can do so much, then together we can do much more! The idea of forming Team Building Global came in my mind, when I started building good connects with my clients. The need for getting corporate teams together for team building activities, employee engagement sessions, trainings and a lot of learning workshops. Team Building Global is a company that works with leaders for team building, we have a global network of clients like Amazon, Genpact, Schneider, PSA, JM Financial who have experienced the professionalism and quality that we bring to corporates.
What is in stored for the future?
Well, I take every day as it is. Believing in myself known for my energy I am also now walking on the path of calmness with more meditation and a soulful approach to life. I enjoy every bit of my work and have some realistic plans for Team Building Global to level up and channelize it on an international level. Innovation being the key, we will soon be identified as the best team building company globally with our innovative team building activities.
